Description of Elmetherm Swing seat oven for automotive lights: This system provides a compact solution for the hot air treatment with a good temperature uniformity and productivity rate 1- Mechanical Specifications: Description of the equipment: - The conveying system is composed of 16 swing seats (2 parts/swing seat) - The swing seats (1) are driven by a system gearmotor/sprocket/handling chain with sized plates (2). The swing seats are fixed on the chain plates allowing avoiding their collision. - Some guides reduce the swing seat movement - The loading of parts is done on the lower part of the oven and is protected by safety light curtains (3) - Two doors (4) allow the maintenance of the oven - The electrical cabinet (5) is integrated on the oven to reduce the overall dimensions Thermal Specifications: Description of the equipment: - The parts are heated by air convection (see flow picture above) - Only the upper parts of the oven is heated, the lower part being assigned to the Loading/unloading - The air convection heating is assured by a recirculation blower (6), Electrical heating elements (7) as well as an exhaust blower (8) - The part is heated at 180°F at a rate of 150 parts/hour - Some deflectors (9) allow to have a good repartition of the blown air Elmetherm Inc. – 1990 Young Street, East Troy, WI53120, USA AL@elmetherm.com – www.elmetherm.com – (262)-642-
