- Carbiso™ MF80: Contains over 95% carbon fibre, less than 5% other fibres, with a fibre diameter of 7µm and length of 80µm. Bulk density is 400 g/l, and metal contamination is less than 0.5g per 1000g. Packaged in 17.5 kg pillow bags.
- Carbiso™ MF100: Similar composition to MF80, but with a fibre length of 100µm.
- Tensile strength: 3470 MPa (noting that single filament tests are typically 700 MPa lower than impregnated strand testing).
- Tensile modulus: 246 GPa.
- Fibre density: 1800 kg/m3.

Carbiso™ MF is recycled carbon fibre milled to 80µm or 100µm. Milled fibres are used in demanding applications to increase mechanical properties and provide tailored electrical and thermal conductivity of the chosen matrix. The milled carbon fibres have excellent dispersibility as the fibres are unsized and are compatible with most thermoset and thermoplastic matrices.
