[loach vcs The eCoach VCS (Voice Communication System) Simulator has an IP-based design. It operates like an ordinary VCS, but in addition it has functions to increase simulation realism. The eCoach VCS can be delivered as part of a complete eCoach simulation solution or as a stand-alone system.
