Our content management service gives you the benefit of an LED sign without the time commitment to manage it. We offer a variety of packages depending on how often you want to make changes to your display content. Daktronics Content Management Services will schedule, operate and control displays via Venus Control Suite for a hands-off approach. Venus Control Suite is a cloud-based content management system used to store uploaded content, create and schedule content and integrate with data sources for dynamic data. If you have any scheduling questions, your point of contact will be the Daktronics content management team. ENTITLEMENTS CONTENT CREATION SERVICE ›› Offers limited creation, such as text over a background, media kit background or a video. ›› Uses your RSS feed, time, temperature and date messages for dynamic content. SCHEDULE UPDATES ›› Depend on your package, email content and schedule changes. ›› May include multiple changes, additions or deletions Layout 1 ›› Custom content is available for an additional fee. *Content created in a third party software. DEDICATED CONTENT MANAGEMENT TEAM ›› Handles all content schedule changes. ›› Accessible during Daktronics business hours. ›› Contact the team if you need information about content-related services. if requested at the same time. ›› Up to 20 new layout changes per schedule update. ›› Are received Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (excluding Daktronics holidays). ›› Play within 8 business day hours or at a Layout 2 predetermined date. TANGIBLES ›› Access is available to proof-of-play reports. ›› Schedule verification report is emailed after updates are complete. ›› Training session is available and recorded for this service. ›› Documentation for scheduling purposes is provided.
