THE INNOVATORS IN SURFACE PREPARATION BMG-444 TRIPLE DISC GRINDER THE SMALLEST TRIPLE DISC GRINDER OF OUR RANGE The Blastrac BMG-444 is the smallest planetary triple head grinder of our range. Due to its wide wheelbase, it is easy to manoeuvre with minimum vibrations and a low noise level. Thanks to the adjustable steering handle that includes a storage place for a smartphone, it is easy to keep control over the machine. In addition, the BMG-444 can be folded or dismantled in three parts for easy transportation upstairs or onto small vehicles. The BMG-444 is standard delivered with 3 Slidemag adapter plates that can be equipped with any type of Slidemag wings. Like all our triple disc grinders, the BMG-444 has a toothed lower belt for heavy duty surface preparation jobs. It is an ideal machine for companies dealing with removal of coating, concrete grinding, floor renovation or polishing applications. The BMG-444 triple head grinder is almost dust free when connected to the appropriate dust collection system. COMPLETELY CASTED HOUSING The planetary system of the BMG-444 is in a completely casted housing for 100% sealing of the lower belt against dust and water. It makes the machine very easy to clean without any risk! DUST HOSE & WATER CONNECTIONS The BMG-444 is equipped as standard with a local dust exhaust of Ø76 mm, a floating shroud and an extra nozzle for better suction performance. It also has an adjustable water hose connection.
