MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES FUNCTIONAL WELDS We produce oscillated wound strip with fully functional welds that match the strength of the surrounding material. These welds are engineered to form similarly to the rest of the base material. The product is then fully annealed to eliminate cold working of slit edges and then traverse-wound on standard reels for continuous pay-off. These large oscillated coils of up to 450 kg save set-up times versus threading smaller coils individually. The product is also available as Pancake Coils.
