The Baggage Management and Re-concili-ation System is a completely automated baggage reconciliation, tracking and management solution delivering real-time data to handlers, airlines and airports. It incorporates decades of experience of delivering baggage handling control systems and other airport solutions into an integrated Baggage Management and Reconciliation System that supplies an added level of security and aids prevention of short-shipped and misrouted baggage issues. Our flexible approach to finding the optimal solution for our customers is also demonstrated in the RFID enabled Baggage Management and Reconciliation System, which can be tailored to the specific airline or handler as well as to airport requirements. The system is fully ICAO Annex 17 compliant and executes the reconciliation automatically. In addition, it provides a management system to elevate the baggage handling process, enhancing the communication pathways and providing a common service platform for those involved in handling passengers and their belongings. Specifications Delivers real-time as well as historic data to handlers, airlines and airports. The operator workstation (OWS) provides an excellent overview of flights, transport units and baggage, and their individual status. The OWS receives authorization to load from the airlines’ departure control systems, but the function can be overwritten and controlled locally by nominated users.
