LED Rotor Tip Light System Product Features The LED Rotor Tip Light System is designed for use on highperformance helicopters to enhance safety during ground operations and formation flights at night or during bad weather conditions. The typical installation consists of identical Rotor Tip Lights (RTL) , located in the end of each blade to provide the tip visualisation to the crew in the night. The RTL are driven by the Rotor Tip Light Unit (RTLU). The emission angle of the light is greater than 120°. The light is green and NVG compatible.
