LED Map Light Product Features The main function of the LED Map Light is to provide pilots with a directional lighting source to read maps and documents. A typical installation requires two Map Lights in the cockpit, one for the pilot and one for the co-pilot. This Map Light includes a dimming control (0% to 100%).
