Deister proxSafe ensures that only authorised cardholders have access to secured keys, providing accountability and preventing the loss of valuables. How does the AC2000 Deister proxSafe interface work? Valid AC2000 Personnel details and card numbers are transferred to the Deister proxSafe keysafe system. The proxSafe system is used to manage which keys are accessible. How is AC2000 system data transferred? The CEM Deister proxSafe Interface allows selected AC2000 personnel details to automatically populate the Deister proxSafe system. The AC2000 central database server (CDC) automatically exports the list of selected keysafe access users. This is imported into the proxSafe server using the Deister proxSafe open Importer software. The importer software can be configured to auto import the AC2000 personnel card data every 24 hours. AC2000 will only provide the user details to the key safe system. All other configuration, such as the allocation of access levels, must be performed using the proxSafe Commander software. The AC2000 Deister proxSafe interface automatically transmits AC2000 card data records from the access control system to a Deister proxSafe system.

How does the data export from AC2000 to the Deister proxSafe system? • All personnel that have access to key safes must have privileges highlighted in the AC2000 personnel application. (Key safe access=Yes). • The AC2000 server then automatically exports a list file that contains the valid key safe card holders. • The list file is stored on the AC2000 server; awaiting import into the keySafe network / system. • The AC2000 list file is imported into the Deister keySafe system using the ‘proxSafe Importer’ software application.
