The 6900GE*K** Adjustable Pressure Switch is designed for hazardous areas, featuring a Turck® electrical connection for easy installation in Class I, Division 2 applications. It offers superior ingress protection and does not require an electrical junction box. The device is highly reliable, utilizing the CCS Dual-Snap® Belleville disc spring principle, and is based on aerospace technology. It is compact, internally adjustable, and resistant to vibration and shock, with a high cycle life and over-pressure capability. The electrical assembly is hermetically sealed for environmental protection.

To adjust the set point, loosen the access cover and use a screwdriver to adjust the screw. Attach to a variable pressure source with a suitable gauge to check circuit continuity at desired pressures. Turn clockwise to increase settings and counterclockwise to decrease. Do not use the electrical hex for torquing.
The series includes models with varying adjustable set point ranges, system pressures, and proof pressures. Options for wetted parts include aluminum and stainless steel, with various O-ring materials available.
The switch element is rated for SPST, SPDT, and DPST configurations with specific voltage and amperage ratings. Gold contacts are available as an option.
Specify the series based on required set point, range, dead band, system pressure, and proof pressure. Add desired options and wiring code, followed by the applicable standard suffix number.
