Tripod Barrier ETB-CB09 For a wider range of physical access control The CAMBAUM tripod barrier ETB-CB09 is an easy-to-install and intuitive walk-in physical access control solution. It can be installed and commissioned in almost every environment in- and outdoors. It reduces the workload for the staff at reception desks in public buildings, industrial premises, public authorities and many sports and leisure facilities. It offers space for card readers and builtin modules for ID-, barcode- and other readers on the market. Even face recognition of the latest technology (available with face mask-check) can be mounted and thus offers additional security. The drive and locking unit is reliable, stable and yet extremely quiet. All components are integrated into the unit very user-friendly for comfortable maintenance and component replacement. The motor driven rotating unit is operated without touching the bar. After receiving a release signal from the card reader the rotating unit makes a little forward movement to imply to the user that it can be passed. There is no need to touch the bar, which especially nowadays is of hygienic advantage. At the push of a button or in the event of a power failure, the upper bar folds down and opens the passage. When the power is restored or the button is pressed, the bars straighten up again. Every unit is equipped with intuitive user interface, ranging from a pictogram for status indication to easyto-understand user guidance via LED light visualisation. Areas of application: Versatile access applications like office buildings, public authorities, leisure and sports facilities. The tripod barrier housing is made of high-strength, corrosion-free stainless steel and thus offers the best surface to avoid scratches and wear, even at intensive use.
