A HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET DEBURRING CNC MACHINE CAPABLE OF CLEANING AND REMOVING BURRS IN HIGH VOLUME APPLICATIONS Compact Foot Print, Full Featured Design The Bertsche iJet has a very small footprint and is designed for standalone or for further integration into fully automated cells. Manufacturers of complex mid to high volume parts will appreciate the machine's versatility & flexibility whenever clean, burr-free parts are critical to the success of a program. Significant Cycle Time Reduction Using the iJet's interchangeable end effecter in single or dual spindle configuration, or gang part handling, up to 40 parts per deburr cycle is common. Pre-washing, deburring, rinsing and drying parts inside a single machine reduces the amount of part handling, lowers capital cost and shortens overall cycle times. More Reliable Design Concept The iJet moves the part to the water nozzle. Competitive machine designs typically move the water nozzle to the part and require flexible high pressure hoses which are prone to failure. The iJet's use of stationary workstations allows for more complex tooling that is rigidly piped providing greater reliability and requires little or no maintenance.
