Based on the BECKER AR 4201 VHF transceiver, the LRC 4201 is an aeronautical radio receiver which can, without any additional facilities, remotely, comfortably and securely activate lighting on a helicopter landing pad. According to ICAO recommendation, activation is by a simple, short press on the transmit key. It is possible, by 3, 5 or 7 impulses within 5 seconds, to obtain three different levels.
