BeAM MOBILE MACHINE APPLICATION FIELDS Mobile is an industrial machine for the additive manufacturing of metallic parts in 3 to 5 axis. Associated with our own software and a powder distributor, this machine is specifically designed for manufacturing and repairing fine complex parts under controlled atmosphere. Our range of deposition nozzles is designed to perform homogenous deposits with a width from 0.8 to 1.2mm. Integrating the BeAM technology, our machines offer various possibilities: The LMD technology consists in 3D layer-by-layer deposition of laser-melted metallic powders in order to manufacture functional technical parts. • 3D additive manufacturing • Addition of functionalities on existing parts • Repair of complex parts • Gradients and multi-material applications OUR OWN CAM SOFT WARE Tool trajectories are entirely generated by our own CAD/CAM software, specifically developed for the LMD technology. From standard numerical files (STEP, IGES, …) or source files (ProE, CATIA, SolidWorks, …), the operator selects manufacturing strategies adapted to his application.
