By keeping the manufacturing process in-house Avlite achieves better value for customers, superior quality standards and faster delivery than many of their competitors. Avlite’s airfield markers are manufactured on-site using state-of-the-art proprietary rotational-moulding equipment. High grade, UV-stabilised, virgin polyethylene ensures a robust product with a life expectancy of up to 20 years – currently unmatched by any other product on the market! The polyethylene material offers enormous benefits over fibreglass models, including longer life expectancy and less servicing. No painting is required because the markers are manufactured using colored pigments which permeate all the way through the polyethylene. Moulded from 100% recyclable materials allows the markers to be recycled at the end of their working life.
