Tread Plates
Tread plates are available in alloys 1xxx, 3xxx, and 5xxx with thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 5 mm. Standard dimensions include widths of 900 mm to 1500 mm and lengths of 2000 mm to 4000 mm.
The tread plates feature raised patterns available in five-bar and two-bar types, with a height of 1.1 mm to 1.5 mm on one side and a smooth surface on the other. Finishes include mill finish with clean residual oil or degreased by thermal treatment, adhering to relevant quality standards.
Custom sizes can be provided based on quantity and technical requirements.
Options include wooden pallets, steel/PVC straps, waterproof packing with thermo-shrinkable polyethylene and silica gel, and protection with corrugated cardboard and edge protections.
Alloys include 1xxx series (1050, 1050A, 1060, 1070, 1070A, 1100, 1200), 3xxx series (3003, 3103, 3105), and 5xxx series (5005, 5049, 5050, 5052, 5251, 5754).
Certificates include 10714 / B1 BV, AMM-3104, and WZ 1719 HH.
