Saver Cells Manufactured from unique ATL-565 material, supplied fully foam baffled with 1 x 6 x 10” top plate, 2 x -6 fuel pick-ups, 1 x -6 roll-over vent valve, Ø 2.25” filler neck with anodised ¼ turn filler cap with non-return valve, mounted on a 76.2mm PCD with 6 bolts and a pre-marked level sender pattern. Note: SA-AA-030 is fitted with 4 x 6” top plate, 1 x -6 fuel pick up and filter, 1 x -6 roll-over vent and 1 x Ø 2.25” filler neck with safety valve and cap. FIA FT3-1999 approved. (e.g. SA-AA-046) All fuel cells experience some swelling when subjected to fuels (approx. 2-4% linear), therefore allow 4 weeks of fluid contact for Racells and Saver Cells bladder dimensions to stabilise. To comply with FIA regulations, Racells and Saver Cells must be installed within an aluminium container. These uniquely tough and lightweight Fuel Cells are constructed from the renowned ATL-565 material. Custom Saver cells can already be found in the McLaren, Aston Martin and Mercedes GT4 cars, along with the M-Sport Fiesta R2 and more on the way! The ATL Saver Cell is the only genuine low cost option for an FIA FT3 Fuel Cell, and ATL’s manufacturing capabilities and cost control mean that this safe FIA approved solution is available from relatively low volumes of production. There are very few limitations for size and shape, and the ATL’s range of high technology solutions can be applied just as they are with a flexible bladder.
