TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FROSTMAN DE-ICING FLUID Frostman De-icing Fluid is an all-purpose de-icing fluid, used for a wide range of de-icing applications: railroads, trucks, cars, ship decks, loading docks, etc. It has no damaging effects on painted, metal, plastic, rubber and glass surfaces and works as a freezing point depressant. It acts both as a de-icing and anti-icing agent and is effective up to extremely low temperatures.
