The PCA500 Series Hose Trolley Support Systems are designed to hold and secure Pre-Conditioned Air hoses using castor-mounted cradles. This system facilitates rapid deployment for aircraft servicing and secure stowage to the jet bridge.
The system boasts 100% stainless steel construction, ensuring durability and longevity. It features 2-inch high-tenacity polypropylene webbing containment straps and 1x5 inch castors that can easily roll through snow.
By elevating the hoses off the ground, the system significantly reduces wear and tear, extending the life of the hoses. It also enhances operational performance by eliminating the need for manual dragging and rolling of heavy hoses.
The system is modular, with units available in 8-foot sections that are easy to disassemble for shipping. It can be configured to support any aircraft and can be mounted to any passenger boarding bridge or fixed to a pad mount.
