- Three coating centers: Balzers for microcrystalline coating (ø 1 to ø 20 mm), SP3 for nanocrystalline coating (ø 0.2 to 20 mm), and Cemecon for DLC and TiB2 coating.
- Manufacturing facilities for tools and inserts with polycrystalline PCD and CBN coating.
The team consists of technicians with over 20 years of experience in applying new PCD, CBN cutting materials, and diamond coatings.
