This high performance graphics card along with the 30 inch display provide an entry-level, yet, high resolution (2560x1600) alternative to the standard 2Kx2K ATC displays at a lower price point. The Raptor DL-Lite enables support for the Apple 30 inch display on a variety of UNIX platforms that include Solaris, Tru64 UNIX, HP-UX, AIX and Linux. This graphics card is based on the same technology as the higher end Raptor ATC cards such as Raptor 2100T and Raptor 2500T. It has the ability to implement overlays by several methods including MOX. Specialized layering hardware allows complete control of up to 32 independently addressable overlays with dynamic layer priority adjustment. Each individual layer can support both transparency and translucency (blending). The Raptor DL-Lite card can be configured in the 24-bit mode or 8+24-bit mode to support other high resolution applications that require more than 2048 colors.
