Technical data The PTC700 can be operated up to 700 °C (1292 °F). For physical reasons, it achieves the best accuracy at temperatures up to 660 °C (1220 °F). For temperatures between 660 °C (1220 °F) and 700 °C (1292 °F) we recommend the use of a separate reference thermometer.
