Traxon Global Security Ensuring global security compliance in an evolving regulatory world Traxon Global Security (TGS) is CHAMP’s brand new platform that designed to help carriers and forwarders manage their Pre-Loading Advance Cargo Information (PLACI) filing to comply with the current regulations in United States – and future regulations in United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada. The solution operates in a similar way to CHAMP’s highly successful and comprehensive Traxon Global Customs (TGC) that now connects to more than 60 countries. TGS also manages a complete record of the messages and data submitted to authorities, the responses as a result of risk assessment and actions performed by the filer to resolve referrals. It has a new concept dashboard to assist the carrier or forwarder, and if necessary their handling partners, manage the status of consignments filed to the security authority and the responses / referrals back. Furthermore, TGS maintains a summarized list of consignments for filing to security authorities along with their specific status codes such as pending, assessment complete, request for information (referral), on hold shipments, etc... Users can also expand each consignment to view more details of the data and what, if any further e-Docs are ‘attached’ to the assist with any referral action. With an alerting engine, TGS notifies the filer and/or their handling partners of status changes.
