TecScan's Manual Scanner consists of an XY entry level inspection device that can provide highly detailed images while keeping costs at their lowest. This manual scanner has indexing capabilities that allow very flexible scan configurations. Each axis is equipped with an optical encoder that ensures accurate and high resolution scanning. The transducer support is articulated in order to maintain the contact between the probe and the inspected part. The scanner comes equipped with magnetic bases or rubber leveling pads, an optional vacuum cup supportmechanism is available for vertical or overhead inspections.

TecScan provides a complete integrated solution incorporating the Manual Scanner, one of our TecView™ Lite software packages as well as a portable workstation.
