Chassis is MAN, Mercedes, Scania, Volvo 4 x 2 19,000kg 240 Bhp or similar Typical Vehicle Dimensions: Length 10m, Height 3.2m, Width 2.5m (low profile available) Standards: JIG issue 12, EN 12312-5, EN 12312-8, NFPA 407 (where applicable) PERFORMANCE • Single Ø50mm reel hose Underwing Nozzle– up to 1000 litres per minute • Single Ø38mm reel hose Overwing Nozzle –up to 400 litres per minute • MAIN FEATURES • Tank 18 – 20,000 ltr capacity constructed in aluminium alloy, with transverse antisurge baffles and overturn protection valance. Low point sump with removable drain cover. • Non-slip tank top walkway, Bi-line system or optional pneumatic tanktop rails • Manlid c/w hinged inspection cover, liquid overspill / fire engulfment emergency vent. • Diptube with calibrated dipstick. • Float actuated, direct reading dial type tank contents gauge. • Automatic bottom loading footvalve (100mm dia) Primary and secondary overfill prevention system with pre-check • Access to the tank top is via the rear mounted elevating fuelling deck. • OPTIONAL defuel Main pipework constructed in Schedule 10 – 304 grade stainless steel, Elaflex flexible joints where necessary. Small bore pipework in stainless steel with screwed compression fittings. Gorman Rupp self-priming fuelling pump hydraulically driven via a power take off driven hydraulic pump and a ‘Hydrapak’ oil cooler unit. One transversely mounted single volute hose reel with a 20m long x 50mm bore hose and Carter 64200 underwing hose end pressure control nozzle. One transversely mounted single volute hose reel with a 20m long x 38mm bore hose and overwing nozzle. Hydraulically powered rewind system. In-line secondary pressure control / deadman control valve signalled by Alfons Haar Venturi, pump speed control is interlocked to the deadman control system.
